Tulsa Weekend - Art Deco Study

Last FHE was all fun and games

You placed a sock over your head
snapped a few pictures
tied the two ends together
and pulled to the tug of war finish line 

 

That's it!  The Lesson?  Mm-hm, not so much...

But THIS week!  This week we'll be making up for it with a lesson and an activity so official that I even gave it a Title:

PROJECT SAVE DAD'S LIFE AND MOM'S PANTS

Lesson - The heart and the disagreeable effects of a heart attack, combined with waist measurements being in harmony with current pant size

Dessert - Carrot sticks and fruitcicles

Activity - This gem below.  We're working our way up to Cross-fit.  Wish us luck.

Or better yet come join us!  I think you'd be in for a treat.  And, I highly doubt there will be pictures.
