Smiles

March was kind of a dreary month for me. Lack of happy thoughts = lack of happy posts. But, it's April. And April is a new month. So, I tried to look back with a little different perspective and found that it really wasn't so bad after all. There were a lot of things to be grateful for, and a lot of little things that made me smile.
Random smile #1:
Justin and Jesse out on the lawn, totally unaware and pointing out cloud formations for each other; while Maddie and Pal play Jedi.

Random smile #2:
Pal's British vs. Continental army battlefield that welcomed me home from errands.

Random smile #3:
Finding another of Maddie's fairy houses,
with garden...


And last but not least, Random smile #4:
Found all seven of them having a soap carving contest, ON MY COUCH - WITH POCKETKNIVES, while they watched "Arsenic and Old Lace."
(Hy and Jesse not pictured. Hy was using the file on the Swiss Army Knife, so while they may not be worried about the safety of my couch, at least they think about some things.)
