So it brings me untold joy as I listen to her desperate, 10 min. clapping routine each night; clapping her hands raw in order to turn off the light with her clapper. She refuses to let it beat her.
And then, in the middle of the night, the fullness of my joy is complete when Easel, our dog that lives under her window, gives two distinct barks; and turns it back on.
Every. Single. Night.
So entertaining!
*Clapper - A Christmas gift from Calder. A sound activated electrical
switch from the eighties, with the familiar jingle, "Clap On!" clap, clap "Clap Off!" clap, clap.
